So, has everyone watched the BBC "Sherlock" that aired on Sunday night? Consider this your thread for discussing queer themes in it. Comments will undoubtedly contain spoilers!

So far I've only seen the trailer, with the scene at the restaurant. I was amused by it at first, but on reflection I wonder whether the whole "someone thinks I'm gay"/"not that there's anything wrong with it" might have been funny when Seinfeld did it, but a little bit out-of-date now.

A friend of mine described the episode as "not gay but slashy," which makes me somewhat wary. I'm still interested in seeing it though.
